I buy the VLCD 28-Day Challenge Bundle and love the flavour of these shakes. I don’t actually need to lose weight but I like to have one for Breakfast with Almond Milk as I’m not a breakfast person and would otherwise go without breakfast but after having my shake I feel a bounce in my step and feel i properly fed my body for the morning.
