Directions of Use
Children aged 4-12: Mix 1 serve (1.5 scoops = 30g) into 200mL full-fat milk or milk substitute.

5yr old not a fan
5yr old not a fan of it on it's own - "not sweet enough" but have added some chocolate malt powder and that did the trick for him. As a parent I love the amount of nutrition packed into it, particularly the iron.
