GLP-1 Nutrition Shake: Full Serving: Add 200 mL of cold skim milk into a shaker. Add two level scoops (40 g) of powder and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Consume 1-3 servings daily. Snack serving: Add 100 mL of cold milk to a shaker with 1 level scoop (20 g) powder and shake combine. Energy Multi: Eat 2 gummies daily. Unflavoured Fibre Powder: Add 2 teaspoons to at least 1/2 cup (125mL) of liquid and stir well until dissolved. 12 years to adult: Have 2 teaspoons three times daily. Do not exceed 8 teaspoons per day. Drink plenty of water. Not recommended for use in carbonated beverages. Collagen Powder: Mix 1 scoop (10g) of powder into 200mL of water or any hot or cold beverage of your choice.
